About Dr. Sciarrillo
A native of Cranford, Dr. Sciarrillo attended Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child for high school, where she was active in swimming, softball, the school newspaper, and played the oboe. She completed her pre-professional training at Douglass College, Rutgers University where she graduated with honors. Dr. Sciarrillo completed her doctor of chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College, Seneca Falls, NY where she was again named to the Dean’s list and also was a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. She then went on to attend New York Chiropractic College to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician®. Dr. Sciarrillo has taken post graduate studies in the Activator Methods Technique, the Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT), Active Release Technique® (or ART®), Receptor-Tonus Technique (NIMMO soft tissue technique), and multiple taping techniques. In addition, she is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association® (NSCA®). She is a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractics. Dr. Sciarrillo served as an Advisor and Director on the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians for over six years. Dr. Sciarrillo also served as Co-Medical Director for Bike4ALS. Since 2011, Dr. Sciarrillo has been nominated, each year, by her patients as one of New Jersey’s Favorite Kids’ Docs.
